The organization should identify the most significant duties it has and then peopleà are supposedà to be recruited, oriented, prepared and organized so that they can successfullyà performà the identified roles. For aà businessà to be successful, the right employees should be allocated theà rightà duties at the right time so that they are able to perform their duties with a good attitude.
